I also prepared a front-mount intercooler and a muffler with a stainless-steel tip (60 mm diameter) in anticipation of installing the TRA Kyoto "Rocket Bunny Mini GT-R" aero kit.
However, these parts cannot be installed together with the stock front bumper, so they will be included with the vehicle but left uninstalled.
Issues / Known Problems
The engine consumes some oil. With the cat-delete pipe installed, there is a little smell of burning oil. I suspect that oil may be leaking past the valve stem seals.
The rate of oil consumption is currently manageable as long as the engine oil is changed approximately every 3,000 km.
The wiring harness is a combination of parts from different vehicles: the Wagon R engine harness and ECU, the Alto dashboard harness, and the Suzuki Twin body harness.
The car currently runs normally, but if an electrical problem occurs in the future, I no longer have the wiring diagrams necessary to troubleshoot the modified wiring.
The battery may go dead if the car is left unused for approximately one week, possibly due to a small parasitic electrical drain. However, this does not happen every time.
The threads in the engine block where the turbocharger oil line attaches with a banjo bolt were stripped. A Recoil thread insert was installed as a repair. There is currently no oil leakage from this area.
The engine and instrument cluster have been replaced, so the actual total mileage of the vehicle is unknown.
