常見問題與膺品處理方式

古董、名牌類商品收到發現為膺品，需要舉證正規品(正品)與仿冒品的差異清晰照片。
若無法提供相關證明(僅限精品名牌)，可協助尋找日本當地第三方公正機關進行精品鑑定服務會員需自行負擔鑑定費用及海內外宅配和往返國際運費。
商品若有日本第三方公正單位證明後，我們會協助反映，但決定權在賣家手上，我們無法保證退貨成功。
古董類鐵瓶漏水，需要將漏水的地方拍攝清晰照片。
商品若是於國際運送或台灣國內運送損壞，需要提供台灣運送的外箱與商品外箱損壞清晰照片。
